Chickens - Cou Cou
Cou Cou's are a popular breed known for their unique speckled appearance, dark brown eggs and friendly temperament. They have a black and white, barred plumage and are often the largest and chunkiest birds in a flock.
These chickens are known for being calm, easy to train, and productive layers of approximately 240-260 eggs per year.
Health Status and Traceability
All our birds come from registered, vaccinated parent flocks which are regularly tested for salmonella stereotypes with public heath significance in accordance with regulation (EC) No. 2160/2003
As chicks they are double vaccinated for Mareks disease MKR+HVR, plus Nobilis IB Ma5 for protection against Infectious Bronchitis.
